This policy explains what Cambridge Fencing collects when you ask for fencing help in Cambridge, what happens to it, and how to have it removed.

What we keep

If you call, we log the calling number and time and keep any voicemail and its transcript. If you use the form, we keep your name, phone, email and the address and the details of the job.

Where it goes

To answer your request and pass it to the one vetted, independent fence contractor that covers Cambridge through this site. They contact you, quote in writing, and do the work under their own licences and insurance.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad pixels. Standard server logs are kept by the host for uptime and abuse prevention, and nothing more.

How long we keep it

As long as it takes to handle the request, plus a reasonable period for follow-up and our records. Voicemail recordings are purged on a rolling schedule.

Getting your information removed

Write to hello@cambridgefencing.ca. You are entitled under PIPEDA to see, correct or delete what we hold. Messages from us are only about your request, and replying STOP ends them under CASL.
